OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are crafted in Italy by master artisans, where each step of the process is carried out with great care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality. Due to their handmade nature, each individual item may present minor variations in shape, or subtle texture changes. These variations are not defects but rather the characteristics that make each piece unique. We celebrate these nuances as part of the artistry behind every item, reflecting the personal touch of the artisan who created it.

In the rare case that you find a significant issue with your product, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy below. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Payments: We accept most major credit cards. Should you need assistance or prefer an alternative payment method, please contact us at sales@agustinabottoni.com.

All prices are VAT-inclusive where applicable. For non-EU or VAT-registered EU clients, prices are VAT-exempt.

Shipping: Orders for in-stock products will be shipped within 2-10 business days from our studio in Milan, Italy.

Made-to-order pieces may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

We use courier services for shipping, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number with an estimated arrival time once your order has shipped.

Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid duties or taxes, any fees (including return and/or reshipment costs) will be charged to the recipient.

Packaging & Insurance: Our products are packed with great care to protect the products. We use recyclable materials, reflecting our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.

Product Availability & Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the availability of products listed on our website, we do not guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you promptly via phone or email.

While we make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, errors such as typographical mistakes or pricing discrepancies may occur. If an incorrect price is charged, we will give you the option to place a new order at the corrected price or cancel your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if a pricing error is identified. In such cases, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically canceled.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ssales@agustinabottoni.com providing photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to find an appropriate resolution. Please note that minor imperfections or variations inherent in handmade items are not considered defects, as they contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
